Shop with the big windows!

I took my car to the garage on wednesday as were driving to where we used to live in London for our friends Raynor and Matt's Wedding Yay!

I took the car in for a service, to fix the lock which causes the alarm to go off and to see why the brakes judder if I brake at 70 mph. I left my phone number where I was waiting all day as I had no car for work and then Tracy took me home. I should probably add they wanted the car there at 8am and this meant dragging tracy and 2 kids out nice n early.

at 2pm I decide to phone the garage to see whats going on, the guy says my cars ready so I get ready to leave & then get a call saying 'your cars ready'????

When I get there the guy says he didn't do the juddering brakes as i only had 1/4 of a tank of petrol left which meant he couldnt test it. O........K........ I said. We also didnt to the lock 'cos its too dificult' O........K........... I said. We also tried to call you all morning. Which is clearly rubbish as I got calls from other people. So they did my service and inform that my cam belt will need changing and that its too hard for them to do and would take them a whole day :S

So in a nut shell I took a whole day off work unpaid to get my car sorted and they didnt sort anything i wanted doing apart from a service at £140 and I had to take it back in to have the breaks done, the guy actually drives my car this time and says the clutch is faulty as it pulls away too quickly. My car has always pulled away quickly that it why I bought it
